and why you should never have a white duvet when you have a black dog

Just a quick photo taken with my blackberry when I headed up to bed the other night. Why I bought a white duvet, I just don't know. I think it was better to be in blissful ignorance of just how much dog hair there is, rather than all the extra washing I do now in my battle to rid myself of black dog hairs from our bed linen.

I know, we could kick him off the bed, but he is getting older (8 this year) and it is getting colder and we are soft.

We have a rust colured dog and a black and gold duvet - but the same problem. I think dog hair is designed to show no matter what ;-)

Oh she looks just like Dax! Funnily enough, we have a white duvet as well, and yep, I've seen the same scenario before as well. It's good to be a softie sometimes. :)

Well today I bought him a new bed, it is plush and furry and very comfortable and I am encouraging him to sleep on it but he keeps sneaking off when I am not looking.

Yes - we have a chocolate labrador who is banned from the bedroom but somehow the black cat hasn't learned to keep out. And yes we have a white duvet too!
